We recommend that you immediately change your security code to a new four-digit number that's easy for you to remember — and only you know. To change your security code, press 6 at the main menu and follow the instructions.
Each time you use Dial-A-Bank you will need the account numbers you wish to access ready, plus the full social security number of the first person on the account.
